Sinead Keenan Leaves ‘Being Human’

UK fans were rocked earlier this week at the news that Sinaed Keenan had opted not to reprise her role of Nina in the hit BBC THREE series ‘Being Human,‘
The actress told her fans on Twitter that it was a “difficult decision”.
Keenan went on to add: “I cannot tell u how difficult it was to make the decision to leave. I’ve had 3 wonderful years on [the show], some of the best I’ve had in my acting career.”
Keenan also confirmed that she has not shot an exit storyline for her character Nina.
“I believe my departure happens off screen,” she said. “I haven’t filmed anything for Series 4.”
In a way it makes sense for Keenan to leave the show given that Russell Tovey who played her onscreen love interest George had also chose to leave the series.
Joining the series as regulars are Michael Socha and Damien Molony who will fill the gap left by Russell Tovey and Aiden Turner by joining Annie (Lenora Crichlow) as her new housemates.
Mark Gatiss, James Lance and Harry Potter’s Mark Williams will also play guest roles on the show.
