MARK FEUERSTEIN JOINS ‘IN YOUR EYES’

Mark Feuerstein has been cast in Joss Whedon’s sci-fi romance, In Your Eyes.

Before he goes back to film his USA Network show, the Royal Pains star will play the cold, controlling older husband of Rebecca (Zoe Kazan), an attractive, skinny, slightly awkward woman.

Rebecca, who lives in Connecticut, shares a powerful connection with Dylan (Michael Stahl-David), a boyish-looking man who served jail time for a robbery when he refused to name his accomplices. He now lives in a trailer in New Mexico. Despite never having met, they can hear and see each other even while being at opposite ends of the country.

Feuerstein has been featured in numerous series including The West Wing, and has movie credits including Practical Magic, Defiance, and What Women Want.

In Your Eyes, which will be directed by Brin Hill, is the next movie project Whedon will produce with wife Kai Cole through Bellwether Productions. Whedon had previously produced an indie production of Much Ado About Nothing, which has no release date yet.

Two Whedon movies will be in theaters in a few short weeks. The Cabin in the Woods is set for release in US theaters on April 13, and The Avengers is slated for release on May 4.
