J.J. Abrams teases fans in new ‘Star Trek Into Darkness’ Featurette

Paramount has released a new featurette to promote the forthcoming release of Star Trek Into Darkness.

In the new video J.J. Abrams provides some of his thoughts about the latest Star Trek movie and reveals that his goal for the movie was to “up the ante” this time around.”

Not only does the new video feature Abrams thoughts on the new film, but it also includes some new footage from the movie, which wasn’t seen in the original trailers for the film. It also includes a few fresh soundbites from Zachary Quinto, Chris Pine and Zoe Saldana describing the movie. With words like “relentless,” “stunning” and “another level of excitement” tossed around, how can you not get thrilled by the fact the ‘Star Trek into Darkness’ will drop in theatres in a few more months?
