David Eick to take over as showrunner for ‘Falling Skies’



Former Battlestar Galactica executive producer David Eick is set to take over as Showrunner on TNT’s hugely popular ‘Falling Skies’ series, which stars Noah Wyle.

According to Deadline the former Battlestar Galactica re-imaginer will take over for the shows as yet to be confirmed fourth season.

He’ll replace his Caprica co-creator Remi Aubuchon, who has run the show for the past two seasons. Falling Skies currently enjoys the status of being TNT’s number one show. Especially with younger demographics.

Season 3 is set to begin transmission on 9 June and according to various reports the fourth season is nothing more than a formality.
