‘Arrow’ star Colton Haynes has hinted at his characters evolution for the second season of the show.

In the original Green Arrow comics series on which ‘Arrow’ is loosely based. Haynes character of Roy Harper went on to become Oliver Queens crime fighting partner as Red Arrow.

In a new interview for IGN Haynes said Arrow fans can expect a “really great moment” between Roy and Ollie in the season two premiere, airing on The CW this fall.

“I think there’s going to be a point where Roy’s going to have to figure out what’s going to be next,” the actor explained. “Is he hopefully becoming Oliver’s sidekick?

“I have a feeling that Oliver’s going to need a little bit of help and isn’t going to want to take that on by himself.”

‘Arrow’ lead Stephen Amell has recently revealed that he’d like to see the Justice League make an appearance on the show.

“I would just like to see them come through our universe and get our treatment,” he said.

Arrow airs on The CW in the US and on Sky1 in the UK.
