Shore Leave 35 begins today & lasts all weekend
Shore Leave is a fan run convention well known for 35 years and running. What is so special about this year is that I have for the second time, created the convention’s program book cover and I could not be happier and more excited about attending this year’s convention!
As I sit in my office and wait for the clock to hit 5:30 so that I can race over to the airport, grab the first Starfleet officer I see and travel at Warp speed to the Hunt Valley Inn in Baltimore Maryland. In attendance this year from a celebrity perspective will be William Shatner, Amanda Tapping, Brent Spiner, Saul Rubinek, Eddie McClintock, Neil Grayson, Greg Evigan, Vic Mignogna & Julie Caitlin Brown.
Now this is only the celebrity guest roster, what is also great about Shore Leave is that it is a fan run show and these fans sure know how to delight themselves and their guests. There are science guests, authors, artists (like myself) and AMAZING panels, dealer room, events and the party’s . . . they are simply Galactic!!!
This show is this weekend in Baltimore’s Hunt Valley area and ‘You will come and visit’ (as I wave my hand in a jedi mind trick-like manner). Just by looking at the accompanying photos in this article, you can see that the fun has already begun! See you all there!
