‘Jurassic Park 4′ gets name change to ‘Jurassic World’

Universal Pictures have changed the name of their Jurassic Park franchise and are titling the fourth movie as ‘Jurassic World’.

Jurassic World will premiere in cinemas on June 12, 2015.

The fourth movie in the Jurassic series of dinosaur movies is to be directed by Colin Trevorrow, who has previously had success with the science fiction comedy Safety Not Guaranteed.

The screenplay is written by Trevorrow and writer Derek Connolly (Gary: Under Crisis).

Trevorrow expressed his desire to introduce a new Dinasaur into the film series back in August.

It has also been reported that Jurassic World will feature underwater dinosaurs and a return to the Isla Nublar location that was seen in Steven Spielberg’s 1993 original.
