Two Big ‘Star Wars’ names to guest on ‘Big Bang Theory’
It would seem that the force is strong with ‘Big Bang Theory’ because the show has booked not one but two fantastic guest stars in the form of James Earl Jones and Carrie Fisher, who are of course best known for their respective roles in the original ‘Star Wars’ trilogy.
According to TV Line both James Earl Jones (aka the voice of Darth Vader) and Carrie “Princess Leia” Fisher will guest-star as themselves in an upcoming episode, crossing paths with Sheldon.
Is having Spock’s DNA on a napkin about to be superseded in awesomeness?
One things for sure. It will not be a dull meeting of minds when Jones and Fisher hook up with the socially challenged Sheldon Cooper, but the fun is always in seeing how the other cast members fit in.
Jones’ previous TV credits include appearances on House, Two and a Half Men (as himself) and Everwood, while Fisher’s include Entourage, 30 Rock and Weeds. She also voices Pawtucket Brewery employee Angela on Family Guy.
