DC Imprint Wildstorm comics have confirmed plans for two new comic books based on the Blizzard Real Time Adventure Game series Warcraft.
The publisher revealed that one series will centre on the alliance while the second title will focus on the Horde.
The team of Doug Murray and artist Pop Mhan will work on the Horde. While Mike Costa and illustrator Neil Googe will team up on the Warcraft storyline, which will draw much from the game series.
DC Comics have had the rights for Warcraft since 2007, and plan to release new issues of Warcraft under their Wildstorm imprint once per month. The events of the ongoing comic take place during The Burning Crusade era.
World Of Warcraft: Horde #1 and World Of Warcraft: Alliance #26 will be available in January.
