Save Our Seeker Campaign Truly International
Written by Ian Cullen on July 15, 2010 – 11:39 am -Listeners of SciFiPulse Radio may remember a brief interview we did with Kate Hughes, the UK representative, and one of the main forces behind an international campaign, which was launched in order to persuade ABC Studios to produce a third season of Legend Of The Seeker, which was sadly canceled last season because Tribune Entertainment, who were responsible for distributing the show across the USA were not getting the numbers needed for them to continue distributing the series.
However many fans feel the fault lies in how the show was marketed. I.E. not enough viral advertising campaigns on and offline, and we here at SciFiPulse are inclined to agree that the show could have been marketed much better than it was.
Since our interview with Kate, which was conducted back in May. The Save Our Seeker Campaign has crossed international borders, and the enthusiastic fans have brought forth the big swords, and conjured up four really nice viral videos, which can be viewed via their youtube channel.
However, to save you all time. I’ve included all the videos below for your viewing pleasure.
