Abrams Considering End-point For ‘Fringe’

Seeing how it helped revitalize ABC’s Lost when things started to go off track, J.J. Abrams says he’s considering setting an end-point for his FOX series Fringe as well, according to Slice of Sci Fi.

“Just as with Lost, we didn’t get to a place until the third season where we were saying, ‘Okay, we need to know where halfway is,’” Abrams said. “And I feel like that’s something that, if we’re lucky enough to continue going, I do think that at a certain point it would be a really smart thing to start to say, ‘Okay, let’s figure out what the actual date is so we sort of know how far we should push things.’” Read more »

‘Lost’ Treats Hawaiian Fans To Special Preview Of Premiere

Although the first episode of the show’s sixth season won’t air officially until Tuesday, February 2, thousands of screaming, camera-toting Lost fans jammed Waikiki Beach on Saturday, January 30, to watch the premiere of the program’s final season and catch a glimpse of the actors that have made the ABC mystery a global hit, according to the Honolulu Advertiser.

The plan was to give fans in Hawaii, where the program is filmed, a jump start on the beginning of the end. Read more »

Definitive Ending Confirmed For ‘Lost’

ABC Televisions leading television drama series Lost starts up soon with its final season, and in a recent interview producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse confirmed that the show will have a definitive end.

According to an report coming from the Associated Press. The producers stated categorically that there will be no sequels or spin – offs for the series.
