Ratings Decline For Flash Forward and Fringe

It looks like the party is drawing to an end for Fringe and Flash Forward, which have both shown a decrease in their viewers.

Last week was a particularly bad one for Fringe, which was a victim of the World Series and piss poor advertising and support from the Fox Network, which neglected to inform its viewers that despite the world series, they were still going to show an episode of Fringe, which has been a good fit for them until recent times. No More Nimoy On ‘Fringe’?

Late last week the Los Angeles Times ran a story, which suggests that the end could be near for Leonard Nimoy and his recurring role of the mysterious William Bell in the science fiction procedural series Fringe.

“I’ve done three appearances for them,” said Nimoy. “I don’t know if I will do a fourth.”

At present Nimoy says that he’s been in conversation with the series creators about what direction the character is to take. Essentially Nimoy says that his return to the role depends on how much development Bell gets. Read more »

New Recurring Villain Joins ‘Fringe’

Sebastian RocheAmerican fans of Fringe got a break from the show last night due to Baseball. Which essentially means that fans watching the series in the UK are now one less week behind on the series, which investigates crimes that involve Fringe science!

However, like all good genre series Fringe is evolving and ever changing and one change that is coming up on the series, which fans in the USA will likely see in the coming weeks in the addition of a new regular villain. Read more »
