Syfy Schedules ‘Sanctuary,’ ‘SGU’ Returns

Ready for the fall television season yet? Syfy hopes so!

In a press release, the network outlined its programming for the next few months. For more information on other programs (like the Saturday movies), here’s the link. Here are some of the highlights:

>>Stargate Universe and Sanctuary move to Tuesdays beginning Sept. 28, with SGU airing at 8 p.m. (competing with ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, NBC’s The Biggest Loser, Fox comedies and NCIS Los Angeles on CBS). At 9 p.m., Sanctuary faces FX’s Sons of Anarchy, CBS’ The Good Wife,”ABC’s Detroit 1-8-7.

Season Three Of ‘Sanctuary’ Teased, Plus Season Three Trailer

The Syfy Channel website has uploaded some new content with regards to the third season of Sanctuary, which will premier in the fall.

One item is a brief snippet from the recent Comic-Con panel in which Amanda Tapping and Damian Kindler give a few hints to the direction that they will be taking the series this year.

‘SGU’ And ‘Sanctuary’ Say, ‘See You In September’

Mark the date of Tuesday, September 28, on your calendar. That night both Sanctuary and Stargate Universe will return with new episodes on Syfy, according to tvseriesfinale.com.

SGU will be starting up its second season, and Sanctuary will launch its third. Syfy has ordered 20 episodes of each show.
