It seems that HBO’s reboot of ‘Westworld’ has had to deal with a few more casting dramas.

Last week Eion Bailey was announced to play the role of Logan, but unfortunately a scheduling conflict has got in the way of Bailey being able to commit to the role. So now he is being replaced by Ben Barnes, who is best known for his role in the Narnia movies.

Logan is described as  a “louche bachelor and veteran Westworld guest. His hedonistic romp through Westworld is equally motivated by self-indulgence and a desire to help his friend, William.”

Westworld stars James Marsden, Evan Rachel Wood, Thandie Newton, Anthony Hopkins, Jeffrey Wright and Ed Harris.

The series is an adaptation based around the 1970’s Michael Crichton movie ‘Westworld’, which spawned a sequel in ‘Futurworld’ as well as a short lived television show in the early 80’s called ‘Beyond Westworld’. Unfortunately it didn’t run beyond a season.
