Catherine Tregenna, who is as known for writing plays than she is for television is to return to the world of science fiction by penning an episode of the forthcoming 9th series of ‘Doctor Who.’
Tregenna who has written for hit shows such as ‘Eastenders,’ ‘Casualty’ and ‘Law and Order UK’ made her first foray into the world of science fiction when she was a regular writer during the first two seasons of ‘Torchwood’.
During her time on ‘Torchwood’ she wrote, ‘Out of Time’, ‘Captain Jack Harkness’, ‘Meat’ and ‘Adam’. ‘Out Of Time’ being pretty much one of the better episodes from that shows first season.
