This means that ‘Grimm’ will be returning in the Fall 2015/16 season for a fifth series. While ‘The Black List’ gets a third year to shine.

Chicago Fire, Chicago PD and Law & Order: SVU have also been granted early renewals.

Jennifer Salke, President of NBC Entertainment, said: “The creative vision of the executive producers who’ve guided these outstanding dramas has been nothing short of incredible.

“We’re highly appreciative of the passion they bring to their shows at every step of the creative process and we’re thrilled to reward that dedication with these renewals.”

The renewal of ‘Grimm’ is fantastic news for genre fans, but the bad news is that a decision is still very much in the balance for the new series ‘Constantine’, which was curtailed at just 13 episodes late last year. While noting new has been released about this shows future or lack thereof we at scifipulse.net along with many other fans of this show have to remain hopeful that some miracle can happen for the show.
