Synopsis: Mack, Yo-Yo, and Flint fight to keep everyone alive by starting a revolution against the Kree.
Review: This episode is full of build-up and drama as the story arc draws closer to its conclusion. At the lighthouse Mack, Yo-Yo and Flint finally manage to unify the remainder of humanity in one last push back against Kasius and his Kree army.
Elsewhere Coulson, May, Fitz, Simmons, and Daisy work to get their old plane space worthy and discover some interesting modifications, which Fitz made in the past. Deke finally gets an opportunity to redeem himself by helping Daisy in a rather vicious fight against Sinara who is determined to finish Daisy off despite her orders to the contrary. We also get some fun moments between May and Enoch. Specifically some of the cracks about him being made of plastic.
As far as episodes go. This one had the lost. We had the drama of wondering how Coulson and his team would be able to get the plane flying again as well as the superb fight choragraphy between Sinara and Daisy in what is an epic fight, which comes to a very dramatic climax.
Best of all is the drama taking place on the lighthouse where Mack, Yo-Yo, and Flint learn that an old friend of there’s has been resurrected from the dead with a message from Kasius. This leads to Mack and Yo-Yo coming up with a cunning plan to outsmart their Kree enemy and also give Flint a lesson on strategy when it comes to fighting against the Kree. The standoff between Kasius, Mack, and Yo-Yo is proper butt clenching stuff because you are not quite sure if they actually have the upper hand or not.
Overall. This was an excellent episode, which tied up some of the loose ends while setting the stage for the team to once again come together and save humanity and hopefully get back home to their own time. All we know right now is that Flint is somehow a part of that getting home equation. Hopefully next week. We’ll get to learn what that actually means and how it will play out.
