Last Friday Chris Pratt (Star-Lord), fulfilled his super hero promised appearance after losing his Super Bowl bet to friend and fellow super hero, Chris Evans (Captain America), by visiting Evan’s children’s charity of choice, Christopher’s Haven in Boston.
In fact, not only did Pratt appear in full Star-Lord costume, but he was accompanied by none other than Cap himself, Chris Evans and gave all of the staff, family and friends at Christopher’s Haven, supporting those who are undergoing cancer treatment at the Massachusetts treatment facility, a day to remember!
While Evans did not appear in Captain America costume (which would have been very cool), Evans instead brought along a Patriot’s football jersey with Pratt’s name on it for some additional good humored ribbing at Pratt’s expense.
The pair of jolly and well intentioned heroes also bought along tons of gift bags to hand out to fans at the children’s hospital, which were filled with Marvel and Disney goodies!
Even though Pratt lost the Super Bowl bet, the big-hearted Chris Evans has also promised to make a fully costumed Captain America appearance at Pratt’s favorite children’s charity hospital in Seattle Washington. I can only hope that Pratt will opt to once again wear his Star-Lord costume when he joins Evans as Captain America!
