Back in the days when the video games market centred on the battle between Sega and Nintendo Dizzy was a popular video game character that adorned most gaming catalogs of Sega owners.
The Oliver Twins who created the character have revealed that the character will return to video games in the near future and teased an announcement on October 24th via their twitter feed.

In recent years the classic Codemasters character has been ported over to iOS and Android. However, the Oliver Twins tried to create a new iOS game called Dizzy Returns though Kickstarter, but fell short of the required £350,000.
As for the future of Dizzy, Dizzy Returns at least will not be made if the campaign is not funded successfully, as is looking likely,” they said at the time.
“We may revisit the possibility of another Dizzy game at a later date, but the vision of that game would need to be considerably different.”
Dizzy fans’ eyes will be peeled on October 24 as they wait for the exciting news.
